Candidate Development

Using Company Profile, Position Description and Candidate Questionnaire, We contact prospects who appear best suited for the position. (Those who are not interested are always asked for referrals whom often turn into candidates themselves.)

Detailed phone screens and e-mails are used to ascertain and evaluate a prospect's qualifications, motivation, personal compatibility and interest level.

Only those who are qualified and interested are developed into candidates.

Candidate Profiles are created to detail employment history, compensation and responsibilities, as well as our appraisal of the individual's fit within your company and any other germane information gleaned from the questionnaire and/or candidate correspondence.

Candidates are submitted as soon as they are developed.
